LUXXE Outsourced Hotel Services focusses on providing excellence to its clients and a supportive and team oriented environment for our people. About the Role... We are seeking an experienced Recruitment and Onboarding Officer to support our hotel housekeeping operations. This role is responsible for end-to-end recruitment and seamless onboarding of housekeeping staff while ensuring full compliance with the Australian Hospitality Industry (General) Award and relevant workplace legislation. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who understands the fast-paced nature of hotel operations and has strong knowledge of hospitality workforce requirements. About You... - Proven experience in recruitment and onboarding within hospitality, ideally hotel housekeeping
- Strong working knowledge of the Australian Hospitality Industry Award, classifications, penalties,and allowances
- Understanding of Fair Work Act, NES, and right-to-work requiremen.
- Ability to recruit high-volume frontline staff efficiently
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience using recruitment systems (desirable)
To succeed in this role you will need the following skills and attributes: - Manage end-to-end recruitment for hotel housekeeping roles (room attendants, supervisors, public area cleaners)
- Advertise roles, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring decisions
- Deliver structured onboarding programs, including inductions, compliance checks, and documentation
- Ensure all employment contracts, classifications, pay rates, and entitlements align with the Hospitality Industry (General) Award 2020
- Coordinate, right-to-work checks, and other pre-employment requirements
- Liaise with Operations Management and Housekeeping Managers to forecast staffing needs
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems
- Support workforce planning, retention initiatives, and staff engagementPossess full Australian working rights
